This beer appears a clear dark copper colour, with one finger of off-white creamy head, which leave a spot of lace around the glass. It smells of mild grapefruit and pine hops, and a substantial bready malt. The taste is bready/biscuity malt, and more mild West Coast IPA flavours - citrus and pine hop essences. The carbonation is very soft, the body eponymous to a tee - creamy all the way. It finishes dry and smooth.
This is very Kilkenney-esque, with a twinge of standard IPA characteristics blended in. Interesting, and nice and easy to drink.
