Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light banana ester and some light coriander notes. Taste is a better then expected mix of banana ester and solid wheat malt. Very light and subtle tart notes are not pleasant but not noticeable enough to impair this brew. Body is quite full with good carbonation. I am usually not a big fan of the brewer but this was somewhat pleasant.

Happy to see Bières and Plaisirs put this out even thoug it is brewed by La Barberie. There should hopefully be some degree of quality.A bit expensive at $9.99 (might’ve seen it at $8,99 elsewhere) though.
A- Cloudy mix of gold and apricot with a beautiful bubble-bath of a head.
S- Alcohol is a bit hot. Banana and lemon with a clove edge.
T- Much less fruit in the taste. Grassy hops and acidity really dominate the brew. Too bad, I wish they could’ve let the yeast and a bit more of the malt shine. As I go through the glass, the grassiness becomes veggie-ness and starts to bother me. Might be a tad bit watery.
M- Starts crisp and rounds off full-bodied and dry. Very nice.
O- Tastes fine but really not what I was expecting. Almost feels like a lemon beer. Nice if you want something refreshing and different but they should find a way to lower the price. I mean, take Unibroue for example: Yes they are different styles and a much bigger company but you can find similar or even better flavors for almost half the price.
