A - Served with a small head of light brown foam on top of a clear, amber-brown body. The head fades quickly and leaves light lace in its wake.
S - Toasted malt and brown sugar with lots of toffee.
T - Sweet malt and dark bread up front. Some fruity yeast that brings notes of plum, black cherry, and caramel out in the middle. The beer finishes with nutty toffee, caramel, and a light, herbal hop character.
M - Moderately thick body, slightly low carbonation, and a somewhat sweet finish.
D - Complex and full of dark sugar character. The rich malt and fruity yeast work well together to make a nice, drinkable beer.
