A- Pale orange gold pour from the taps into a flat bottomed goblet. A one finger foamy white head falls fairly quickly to a puffy belt dropping spotty lace.
S- Vinous fruits instantly come to mind amid lemony lactic acid yogurt notes and wet medium toast oak.
T- Again the woody barrel and the sour lactic bugs combine to give off a wine feeling; is this a wine barrel perhaps? Lemon juice, sour apple, white grapes, fruity wine, degraded oak vanilla and even a hint of red fruits.
MF- Foamy and puffy light end body. Carbonation is on the moderately high side and brings on the foam. Finishes with medium tartness.
Vinous fruits and tartness marry a smoothed out but still assertive oak barrel. A good summers day refreshing.
