Draft at the brewery.
A- Hazy yellow draft to pint glass pour with a foamy white cap. The head stops at around a finger high and has fairly good retention. A smooth wide ring at the edges deposits webs of lace.
S- On the mild side here especially for what is usually a pretty pungent style. General Belgian peppery spice, pale fruit esters, lemon zest, herbal coriander and orange.
T- Very much mild in flavor but also contains no major flaws or off flavors. Cereal whole grains, lemon, orange zest, peppercorn, coriander and pears. Feels a bit diluted.
MF- Fairly light body with a somewhat watery and thin foamy texture. Very high end crisp carbonation. Ends with an herbal bitterness.
A mild Witbier and very drinkable Witbier. No major flaws but the laidback flavor leaves you wishing for more to grasp on to.
