Have had this beer a few times at the brewery and always liked it. Glad to get some curbside pickup fresh ABC beer.

A- 16oz can pours into a pint glass with a very murky and floury golden yellow body. A one finger cap rises with a frothy and foamy texture and it has decent retention. Webs of lacing cascade down the glass.

S- Fruity hops right off the bat with good strength emanating several feet from the pour. A very nice mix of dank and fruity hops with dank weed, melon, cantaloupe, papaya, bubble gum and slight citrus hop notes. Juicy and tropical.

T- Again rides that tropical and dank hop wave with a nice citrus zest bitterness laced throughout the flavor. Strong notes of melon, bubble gum, papaya and dank weed with tangerine, grapefruit, orange and lime citrus hints. Fairly bitter and a medium sweetness with malty hints of cracker and whole grains. Again nice juicy and tropical overall profile.

MF- Medium bodied overall and the carbonation is at a high level. The texture is nice and substantial with a creamy and smooth silky consistency. Ends with a moderately high bitterness.

Always have liked this brew and glad to see it translate into a can format well. Juicy and very dank hop profile shines in both the aroma and on the palate.

Purchased a 16 oz. can at the brewery. As noted in the descriptive material, there's a heavy emphasis on oats in the formula for this product and it makes for quite a different tasting IPA from the many IPAs I've tasted. I found it to be a very refreshing variation and will definitely purchase it again on my next trip to Amherst if, hopefully, it's still available.
