Collaboration with Night Shift Brewing

A Kveik fermented Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Night Shift Brewing. Using Massachusetts-grown and malted wheat from Valley Malt, El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic and a Norwegian yeast we’ve created an extremely fruit forward IPA.

A crazy good collaboration between Night Shift & Amherst Brewing company. Brewed with Valley Malt, Warthog Wheat, El Dorado, Citra and Mosiac Hops, Fermented with Norwegian KVEIK Yeast. !!

Pale white haze, Jack Straw Golden color, muddy appearance!Dense white foam capping. Lacy and thick.

The hop nose is nuts. Huge pineapple, citrusy and tangy golden wheat graininess. Sweet tropical fruits, creamy golden and or Cream ale malty flavors and feels.

Mouthfeel is creamy, thick, light malts with heavyweight earthy hop tones and a crazy juicy effect. Gulp.

Milky and creamy golden wheat malt flavors "runeth over". Hops are layered up in heavy proportions. Pineapple, Mango puree, citrus, stone fruits, grainy earthy and pine. all-in-all an explosion of complexity.! The Norwegian Kveik yeast really boosts the flavor complexity with an earthy and sour fruity funk and adds an extra lively kick to mouthfeel.

Juicy, grainy, dry, crisp, smooth...I mean.. dang! I just can't nail it down. Milky texture, chai latte style with an endless amount of hoppiness. Seemless. It seems.

High Quality.
