This was the north pleasant pale ale cask conditioned with pistachios and cream for two weeks. Poured into standard pint glass.

A - Poured a hazy orange hue with a nice almost two finger head that fades to leave minimal lacing but a nice thick blanket.

S - Aromas of sweet zombie Jesus. SO MUCH PISTACHIO! Rich toasted pistachio nuts with very light lactose notes. This is a creamy dessert in a glass. Oh...my...God. Can not believe how good this is. I need this every day. Wish I could go higher than a 5.

T - Wow. So much rich nutty pistachio. Deep flavors of roast nuts and earthy nut oils with nice lactose cream notes. Now...I don't get any apa aspects but what o get instead is amazing. So delicious and earthy with outstanding flavors of pistachios. Best casked beer I've ever had.

M - Nice and creamy mouthfeel with a lingering pistachio aftertaste. Smooth and silky rich like a cask should be.

O - Overall holy shit. This is a beautiful job. This is how you cask a beer effectively. Sure, your lose the base beer but what you get in return is something truely special. Really, really wish I could get this more often. I would want this on tap in my house. Stupendous. Amazed to get this from ABC. This is why you support local breweries!
