Thid is their North Pleasant Pale Ale aged for a month on jalepeno, habenero, chipotle, serano, ancho, and peppercorns.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a slightly hazy copper hue with a creamy one finger dense head that leaves a fair amount of side lacing.
S - Aromas of bright spicy peppers lots of hab and Serrano on the nose with some light sweet pepper fruitfulness . There is a pickled jalepeno aroma as well with dome super faint chipotle.
T - Wow yea there's heat here more of those meaty pepper fruits and bright spicy serano and hab that gives a long lingering burn. There's some faint jalepeno and chipotle on the finish with a lingering heat. Delicious.
M - Average for a cask. Typical low Carb which hurts this one as some Carb would help the heat
O - Overall I felt this was an excellent chili aged pale ale. Not too hot at all. Would definitely enjoy again.
