Enjoyed on cask at the Amherst Brewing Company.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a slightly hazy copper hue with a creamy two finger head that fades to leave a thick creamy blanket and nice sticky side lacing.
S - Holy motherfucking shit is this amazing. ENORMOUS amounts of strawberry on the nose. Like incredible amount, nice light biscuit aroma and lactose that lends a whipped cream aroma.
T - Good God ...huge strawberry kn the nose at leads to more biscuit malts and huge lactose creamy flavours. Can't stress his awesome this is.
M - Mouthfeel is nice and good for a cask. Light carbonation. Super creamy and enjoyable.
O - Overall I am blown away again by ABC's cask offering. Just outstanding with delicious strawberry notes. My god is this good.
