Copper with a light haze and no carbonation. Topped with a gusher of 10 fingers of off white head, that doesn't stop.
Smells of hard water, and a hint of oranges. Toffee and caramelised sugar.
The taste follows the nose, with the addition of black tea bags, and a dull, bitter hop profile.
Light body, with little carbonation.
Got this one sent up from Bangkok. The label says its brewed in Australia, as did the retail company I got it from. Likely contracted in Singapore, but a little confusing to me. It really follows more closely the English IPA style than American with a duller but bitter hop profile, almost no citrus or pine notes, and a solid caramel like malt. Drinking in Chiang Mai, Sept 14th, 2017.
