In what we envision will be the first of many upcoming draft-only releases, we will offer a special variant of Genealogy in our taproom for both onsite enjoyment and to-go 750ml growlers beginning this week.

For this selection of Genealogy, our stainless-conditioned coffee imperial stout (the base beer for Genealogy of Morals), we have chosen to condition the beer atop Guatemalan Finca Vista Hermosa (Natural) roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Growler shared by Brennan. Thank you!

Sitting around a fire with our four dogs, Emma, Heidi, Appa, Obi.

Great friendship and great beer.

Small brown head, near black body. Intense coffee aroma. Flavor in the Danish style. Heavy roast. Medium - low carbonation. Absolutely delicious.

On tap at brewery with growlers to go. Dark black and creamy appearance with cappuccino head. Feel is smooth and creamy. Perfect carbonation and coffee roast.not sure if it’s the fact it’s on tap or that it is a different coffee, but this is better than the great original Genealogy

4 oz. pour at brewery.
A: Tan head over dark, dark brown body with sticky lacing.
N: Chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt.
T: Mocha is too short a word for this coffee stout that is long on coffee and chocolate.
F: Thick, sort of viscous, but certainly luxurious.
O: Yes. Not quite "When Harry Met Sally" yes;
but definitely two thumbs up and, of course,
you want what I'm having.
Cheers!
