A very unique brew. Never had Riwaka hops before. Struggled to describe. Best I can do is weedy, herbaceous, dank & delicious. Would love to find more.

This marvelous brew perfect for a get together with friends who live so close but so far because we have too many children between us. With the commotions in the background, the sun out bright after heavy storms, you will want to bury your nose and take in the amazing aroma - mango, kiwi, citrus. Based on the heightened aroma profile you would expect a pronounced hop in the taste/mouth feel, but then you take a much needed drink and remember this is Hill Farmstead, they don’t do you like that. Ever so smooth. You thank the Lord that you can enjoy this without guilt. Drink responsibly, you deserve it, He says. Amen.

Sizable head with your lacing. Cloudy, leaving a white hued light gold broth.
The smell is quite weedy with a lightly toasted malt in the background.
The toasted white bread malt is brief and some overwhelmed by the nearly extreme freshly cut weeds from the bittering hop.
