Exploring the diverse characteristics expressed throughout the harvest, this single hop pale ale allows us to explore the delicate nuances between crops even a few days apart. A particular hop variety's harvest window (depending upon crop size) may extend from a few hours in a single day to more than week; the flavor and aroma profiles of hops manifest subtle distinctions across the duration of the harvest window, regardless off its length, which we are able to experience first hand during selection.

Pour at de Garde 10th Anniversary. Hazy straw color with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral, melon, stone fruit. Taste is white grapes, light citrus and flowers. Wonderfully complex but oh so easy to drink. Damn tasty.

16 oz can canned 6/22/21 drink by 07/21/21 . A pale hazy yellow with just a thin amount of head. Aroma of citrus and light grains. Taste is mainly citrus, some zesty grains and grassy notes. Feel is light, carbonation medium. Pretty tasty even past expiration.
