Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy floral notes with light hay and light funky ester. Taste is also a great mix of funky ester with some citrusy notes and floral undertones with light hay notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable saison with nice hops with refreshing flavors.

This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like floral funk, white wine, lemon peel, grapefruit, and orange.
This has a huge juicy and funky citrus character to it, with some grassy bitterness, a ton of white wine and barrel, and a sort of leafy funk to it.
This is light bodied, slightly creamy, and very crisp, with a great drinkability to it.
This was one of the harder entries in the series to track down, but I'm glad that I did.

750ml bottle, bottled on February 27, 2020, poured into a stemless wine glass.
The beer pours a bright lemon honey color, cloudy with a firm finger of white head, good retention and lacing. The aroma is pleasant, piney, dank, grassy, very earthy with bitter grapefruit peel, modest citrus juice, pale dough, mineral water and lemon tartness. The flavors are good, tart lemon, dry and earthy funk, dead leaves, soft oak, grapefruit, tropical pineapple and peach, pale dough, and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, lively, medium body that has modest tartness with a dry and crisp finish.
Verdict: A nice farmhouse IPA from Hill Farmstead. Funky and earthy but showing nice signs of brightness and tropical fruits. Amply bitter but well balanced, a nice beer.
