375ml bottle, dated Feb 22, 2022, poured into a stemless wine glass. Enjoyed on 12.20.2023, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright garnet color, ruby hues with nice clarity and a fizzy pink head that offers no retention nor lacing. The aroma is nice, tons of fresh raspberry preserve, juicy, jammy, earthy funk and oak barrel, light citrus and mineral water. The flavors are good, jammy raspberry, lemon citrus, earthy funk, oak barrel, slightly herbal and floral, pale grain and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, lively and tart, tangy medium body with a vibrant and crisp finish.
Verdict: A nice raspberry farmhouse ale from Hill Farmstead. Lots of fruit, nice oak barrel character, very fragrant, very framboise-esque.

Pours a small fizzy pink head with lower retention, lots of bubbles on the sides of the glass, little whispy lacing, clear deep cherry red color
Nose big juicy raspberry, tart funk but not a lot, touch of a buttery oak vanilla rounding character, hint of a seed tannin, a bit of a raspberry sherbet, mild wine character, so much juicy berry all around though
Taste starts quite tart, some souring acidic funk, acetic acid, sour raspberry punch to the face, again bringing loads of fresh juicy raspberry and a bit of generic bramble, hint of bready note on the back end, it does get a touch watery, mild tart rose like wine and a bit of a buttery oak note, into more raspberry sherbet, hint of tannin on the back end, finishing drier but fair acidic flemmy character, and more seed like tannin
Mouth is med to lighter bod, a bit thin, carb on the lower end but small and a bit prickly, tart flemmy acidity
Overall good, lots of great raspberry and tart funky sour beer, it does seem a tad thin and watery in the middle, but otherwise very nice
