16oz can, dated 07.25.2023, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 08.16.2023, reviewed from Tasting Journal.

The beer pours a nice orange color, honey and amber hues, very hazy and thick with a fluffy white head, great retention and excellent lacing. The aroma is nice, lots of pine, bright white grape, spicy raw green hop, peach juice, berry fruits, pale dough and mineral water. The flavors are good, juicy tropical fruits, peach, grape, berry, light melon and citrus, dough and pale grain, earthy herbal tea, raw hop, pine, and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, thicker medium body, smooth with a creamy finish.

Verdict: A nice pale ale from Hill Farmstead. Really great expression of Nelson hops, super flavorful for a Pale Ale.

Opaque maize with a tall white foam head that settles to a clinging ridge while leaving all kinds of spongy lace on the glass.

An excellent expression of nelson, absolutely beautiful peppery cracker with hints of white wine is delivered by a wonderfully firm fizz.

I agree with present company, this is even better than Hill's double.
