As we more fully embrace the characteristics of each fruit that we source, we have somewhat reimagined our fruited Farmstead® ales. To more prominently represent those fruits and the variation of each harvest season, we let the fruit guide us in selecting from our range of barrel-aged Farmstead® ales—sometimes this will be a single base beer, other times it may be a blend of different barrels—all with the goal of best expressing the fruit’s unique aspects.
For the next in our harvest season selections, we blended a selection of our Farmstead® ales—all of which spent more than a year in oaken rest—for pairing with organic red raspberries from the 2022 harvest season at Adam’s Berry Farm in Charlotte, Vt. This blend and pairing express a thoughtful representation of the fruit in season.

Really like how they've modified their approach to this series. Much less acetic now and a bit sweeter to really let that fresh fruit character shine.

A very enjoyable Saison, with all the expected aromas and flavors, plus a nice acidity that makes it very enjoyable. The fruit are not super intense, but they offer instead a light note of fruitiness to the assemble.
