To honor Edward’s mother, this version of our unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Pilsner is brewed with our well water, malted barley, our favorite German hops, classic German lager yeast, and dry-hopped with organic German Hallertau Mittelfrüh.

This one pours a fairly clear golden straw yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like deliciously spicy hops, some citrus zest, and a little bit of doughy breadiness.

This is definitely an improvement on Mary, which is already a nice little beer. There’s a super fresh, zesty, and spicy hop bitterness here, on top of lemon zest, and a fantastically doughy, bready, and crusty malt character.

This is light bodied, clean, and super drinkable.

I don’t drink HF lagers as much as I should, so I’m always happy to get some.
