16oz can, dated 07.23.2024, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 09.01.2024, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright orange color, hazy, copper and light amber hues, a finger of white head, good lacing. The aroma is nice, very earthy and green, dank, piney, herbal, tropical citrus fruit, berry fruit, and pale dough. The flavors are great, bursting with Riwaka hop, juicy citrus, stone fruits, dank, green and earthy, very floral, spicy hop resin, pale dough, and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, thick medium body, smooth with a dry crisp finish.
Verdict: A really nice expression of Riwaka from Hill Farmstead, earthy, bitter, yet bright and tropical. Very clean and approachable.

On tap at Sabatinis in Exeter pa early this evening.
Splendid looking beer. Hazy pale amber body, small white head leaves dripping rings of lacing. Aroma is a mild pine. On tasting, there is a fleeting orange note before the Riwaka hops come charging in with a strong piney bitterness, laying waste to all that came before. Fonish is drying and bitter.
Great end of shift beer, another fine beer from HF.
