375ml bottle, dated December 5, 2024, poured into a stemless wine glass. Enjoyed on 06.28.2025, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a nice medium amber color, nice clarity, orange and copper hues, foamy white head, great retention and lacing. The aroma is great, super earthy and herbal gin spirit, soft oak, lime citrus, very floral, tons of botanicals, soft grain, very funky. The flavors are outstanding, tangy lime, super herbal and floral, oaky barrel that really brings out the gin botanicals, tropical fruits, very funky and tart with a mineral water finish. The mouthfeel is good, coating and lively, tart and tangy medium body, creamy but dry bite.
Verdict: A very nice expression of Juicy. The gin barrel really works, the botanical qualities are excellent, tons of depth and complexity.
