This one pours a fairly hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like candied and caramelized pineapple, blueberry, melon, and mango.
This has a bit of candied, almost caramelized feel to the juiciness here – I think that’s a bit of the underlying malt sweetness melding with the sharp and juicy hop character. There’s mostly pineapple here, but I also get secondary notes of blueberry, melon, and mango. There’s just a touch of zesty bitterness at the end.
This is slightly creamy, and very drinkable, with a full but not overwhelming syrupy or thick feel to it.
Hill Farmstead’s single hop DIPAs are always worth a look.

Typical Hill cloudiness, maybe on the darker pale yellow side. Mosiac explodes from the glass, and coats the mouth. Super fresh hops. Dry, bitter. Great carb level. Clean. None of the annoying NE IPA candy notes. Just a great beer.
