Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy orange color with a small head of white foam. The head fades rather fast, leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is rather strong of a wheat bread smell mixed with a big showing of banana and yeast. Along with these comes notes of a light orange and lemon citrus as well as some bubblegum and clove.
Taste – The taste begins with a wheaty and decently strong banana flavor paired with a bit of the yeast and the clove that was in the nose. At the same time there is a little bit of bubblegum sweetness and a touch of orange as well. As the taste advances on the tongue, it dries out a bit, al while the wheat gets stronger and is accompanied by a little bit of a pepper and earth.
Mouthfeel – The brew has a bit of a chewiness mixed with a more moderate carbonation.
Overall – A pretty nice Weissbier. A good shot of wheat and yeast, with a decent showing of spice. Nothing over the top, but a relatively nice and easy drinker.

Pours orange brown brass, appropriately cloudy; white head, not much to mention though a very attractive uniform creamy cap persists.
The nose is quite vibrant; it’s all your typical hefe esters but they’re very bright; clove forward, underripe banana, something a little sweet.
Taste is very balanced; mainly clove filled banana bread, hint of something tart; little nilla wafer thing going on.
Body is light, ever so slightly effervescent, creamy and smooth though; drinks very clean, highly refreshing, minimal to no bitterness.
