Bohemian Pilsner

Golden color and nearly clear. Smaller head which settles to a film on the glass and leaves some smaller spots on the glass.

Pleasant floral hop aroma. There’s a bit bitterness that indicates something outside of the noble variety. The malt is soft and present.

Effervescent but with a decent body. The pale malt is brief and only present on the initial sips. The hop bite is stronger than most Czech pilsners but still within expectations. Long aftertaste especially for the style.

Sampled at the brewery.
Pours a clear light yellow with a good head.
Smells of light malts.
Good carbonation on the tongue.
Nice bright, sweet taste of biso.
