Bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, green apple and caramel. Nice tart taste with lemon and sour apple. A touch of caramel sweetness.

Tried a fresh batch from the tap. The hops come through well on the nose, so the color and smell come across as a nice hoppy IPA. The taste is hop forward with a nice, slightly tart finish. My impression was a Brett IPA. A really drinkable beer.

Smell is white wine, Belgian yeast, hints of apricot or peach, and a light floral aroma.
Taste is very tart (fairly heavy lactic acid), citrus (but not as prominent as I anticipated given the dry-hopping), peach, and pineapple. I thought it actually smelled a little better than it tasted.
Overall, not a bad sour, but not as nuanced as it could be. I thought the version I had (batch 1 maybe?) at Benson Beer Fest was better.

poured 750ml into teku.
A - Hazy golden straw with a 2.5 finger white fluffy head. Fades slowly into a ring and streams of tiny bubbles ascend upward all around the glass. A few spotty lacing blobs.
S - Sour overripe tropical fruit and some wet hay funk. A bit of lemon peel along with musty Brett.
T - Dry white wine with some sweet tropical notes. A nice hop bite in the middle add to it nicely. Lemon peel and Brett to give it the right amount of funkiness.
M - Tart with prickly carbonation and a light dry feel.
O - A nice dry hopped AWA and it was quite good. I like the choice of hops because of their citrus and tropical bitter flavors.
