On tap at Airways Beer and Bistro. Poured into a small pint glass. Pours light to medium coppery amber with a half finger white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light biscuit malt, citrus and piney hops and a hint of rye sourness. Full flavor of biscuit malt, citrus and piney hops and the perfect touch of rye, finishing with a nice biscuit and hop finish. Medium bodied with mild creaminess. A very satisfying, well balanced pilsner with rye. A collaboration, combining Airways' good malt body with Reuben's brews' rye mastery makes this a remarkably flavorful ale at 5%. This was very good and I hope they bottle it.
