On draught at Bailey's, hazy dull gold, not much head.
Smell is a little piney hops, some lemon, and....butterscotch.
Taste is to much diacetyl. It's funny because I love butter, and scotch is not something I'm apt to shy away from either. Yet the confluence of the new, when introduced to a modest IPA / pale ale such as this particular specimen, is undesirable. However, the hops here are formidable, and there is nice bready malt backbone. Firm bitterness as well, dry with a medium light body. So not an epic fail by any stretch, just seems to have some execution flaws that drag it down a bit.
