Poured a deep yellow color with excellent carbonation and a big fluffly head. Nose is sweet, light booze, honey. Taste is good. Big sweetness, honey, grains, good hops and plenty of booze. Probably the biggest honey blonde I have ever had in booze. Mouthfeel is sweet, sticky, honey, little hops and a alcohol tinge on the end. Not as crisp and dry as I like for the style. A good beer you can have a few of but most consider this an east sipping beer. This is a middle weight blonde for sure. Nothing whimpy or bad about this brew at all.

Brewed with a touch of honey as evidenced by the mellifluous fragrance and casual sweetness. It also tastes a bit grassy and smells mostly of casual yeast esters. The beer is straw blonde, unintimidating, and might work best as a low-intensity, introductory ale. Either that or as a summer seasonal, where its light, refreshing qualities would shine.
