The colour is gold (10 EBC), the liquid got some chill haze. The three finger head is off-white and airy. It is very firm with a crater on top. Nice lacing.
The smell got fine bitter notes. Some buttery-grassy-herbal flavours. Hints of cereals.
The taste is smooth with an elegant somewhat buttery bitterness. The flavours are clean, yet there is some earthy flavours in the background that makes it more complex than your average Czech pils. The aftertaste is semi-sweet and clean with flowery bitter notes. The finish brings some butter.
The carbonation is medium to mild; the medium sized bubbles are smooth. The liquid is light.
A classic pils in all ways, better than most the industrial ones from the Czech Republic.

Wow, I was so surprised when I saw that this brewer was on BA. I have a few notes from my tasting, but next time I will keep notes for a better review, but regardless, this could very well be the best pilsner that I ever had, so I had to at least share what I have.
A: A big white frothy head with excellent lacing that followed. Brilliant looking deepstraw/gold color and very appealing.
S: Notes of caramel and surprisingly hoppy.
T: Surprisingly fresh hop taste of a mild grassy notes and finishes with a nice, clean grassy aftertaste.
D: Very fresh tasting and very drinkable. A perfect balance of bitter and sweet. The bottle that I had noted that it was 5.1% ABV.
