Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with fine head.
Smell is bready and crackery with notes of citrus, knäckebröd and butter, with some floral hints.
Taste is bready, crackery, very clean and crisp with some floral hints. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd, rye and some buttery hints. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice pilsner, slightly more buttery than a traditional German one.
