The colour is amber with a tint of brown; the liquid is a bit cloudy. The two finger off-white head leaves some lacing.
The smell is medium bitter with quite a lot of American citric hops. Chemical hints of soft soap.
The American hops dominate the taste: Pineapples, lemon peels and pine-needles. Some sour hints in the bitterness. The body is medium. Citric peels in the aftertaste as well as some sweetness, a robust clean bitterness and exotic fruit flavours. It is not very balanced, nor clean.
The carbonation is strong; the small bubbles are almost sharp in the mouth. The liquid is mid-smooth.
An APA with a fine bitterness, but is a bit too unclean and straggly for my taste.
