A hazy amber brew with an off-white head leaving some lacing and good curtains.
Smelling citric, lemon then a peppery spiciness.
Starting with sweet white bread, fruity juice, spices, and some peel.
Low carbonation, soft, a good body and a light dry finish.
A nice crossover, well balanced.
