A: Rich white thick compact head fills the glass to the brim. After a while as the head dissipates the liquid rises, slighlty hazy pale yellow. Somewhat nice lacings.
S: Noble hops, floral as well as bitter. Crisp breayness in the semi-sweet malt. Grassy and citric. Rather neat and clean.
T: Again the noble hops is strong and in nice balance with the malt. Stronger dry bitterness than in the smell, makes me think of a German Pilsener.
M: Long bitter aftertaste. Body is creamy and smooth, medium. Carbonation is medium.
O: Like a mix between German and Czech Pilsener, not bad but not very true to the style. Way too much dry bitterness in the taste to pass as a genuine Czech Pilsener. I still like it though.
