A: Pours murky copper with a tall light but still compact off-white head that slowly sets into nice lacings.
S: Lots of malt, rather bready and sweet. Some faint floral notes, but overall this is a mild-smelling APA.
T: Bitter hops is accompanied by mild floral hops that brings a light tropical fruityness. Caramell malt, bready and somewhat sweet and roasted.
M: Aftertaste lingers with bready sweetness. Body is smooth and rather full for this style. Carbonation rather mild.
O: As an APA; the balance between hops and malt is way off; this is very malty and only a little hoppy. In my book the hops can dominate the malts in an APA, but never the other way around.
