A: Pours all head, beige and compact, at first. After a little while the liquid occours, murky copper. Decent lacings.
S: Lots of bitter hops as well as floral, very American... Caramell malt, somewhat sweet, brings bread to the feast. Roasted notes are strong, perhaps a bit too strong.
T: Bitter hops up front together with the roasted caramell bready malt, but there is also notes like from rye. Fruits from the floral hops is a bit held back; more like apples and oranges than tropical citric fruits.
M: The long aftertaste is like a mix between Swedish crips-rye-bread and bitterness. Body is medium and rather smooth, while carbonation is mild, for this style.
O: The malt is too hard roasted to let the Single hops take the front row in this beer. My guess is that's not what they intended.
