A: Pour is all crystal white head, light and airy, at first then the cloudy straw-colored liquid rises. Rich lacings.
S: Wheat and nettles up front, then there is bready sweetness and spices together with yeast. Lemon juice and ripe bananas.
T: Follows the smell, with added bitterness.
M: Aftertaste is short but surprisingly bitter. Body is light and carbonation is strong.
O: A Witbier that is a bit dryer than others I've had.
