Pours a hazy golden color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is pineapple. Tastes of pineapple and tart fruit. Finishes slightly bitter from the hops.

Continuing to chase the haziest trends in beer, Odd Side Ales hits the New England styled IPA hard on the heels of the most herbaceous, botanical and hemp driven hops on the planet. Throw in a healthy heaping dose of pineapple and we have a can't-miss beer on our tongues once again
Hazy gold, but not quite turbid, a tall and fluffy head begins to build. A tangy perfume of tropical fruit, citrus and herb wafts across the senses in a strong herbal nearly sherbet-like kind of way. Early sweetness is candied and pastry-like with hints of agave, taffy and faint honey along with a light graham cracker character.
But then the hops take over on the middle palate even though the malt flavors simmer strongly underneath. The natural flavors of orange, pink grapefruit and lime link up with the pineapple additions seamlessly before the tropical trends take hold. Mango, passionfruit, kiwi and gooseberry, ripe in their character supports the pineapple quite well into a moderately bitter bite of grasses, chive and hemp.
Medium light on the palate, the light fruit acidity adds to the beer's tangy impressions to lighten the body and combat the linger of grain starches and sweetness. Drier than usual for the style, a great sense of refreshment, drinkability and crispness roll into a gin-like sprucy spice late in aftertaste. But its lightness exposes some of the rougher grain tannins and the pectin sharpness of fruit much like the original Dank Juice

Everything I’ve had from Odd Side has been amazing so far and I have no reason to believe this would be any different.
Pour is no shit almost a pineapple color with about 2 fingers of the whitest white head you could ever find. Nose is perfectly ripe pineapple with some grapefruit and orange hiding beneath the surface. Taste follows with the pineapple front and center, again perfectly ripe. The grapefruit and orange sneak in behind and the finish is slightly dry but lingering. Mouthfeel is a little thin but soft and sticky. Overall this hits all my sweet spots and the pineapple finish is the cherry (or pineapple) on top. Thanks Justin this is awesome!

Appearance: very hazy with lots of sediment; a pale yellow color; frothy white head that islads and laces
Aroma: pineapple and tropical fruits; dank hops; grassy and earthy; hints of malt
Taste: starts with pineapple and mango; sweetnes out with caramel malt through the middle; ends with some hops, earthy/grassy notes, and a revisit of tropical fruits
Mouthfeel: medium bodied; bright carbonation; clean finish
Overall Impression: this is ok; I want more hops from an IPA, this is a fruit bomb rather than a hop bomb; I like it, but if I want an IPA, this is not the thing to grab

Another Odd Side Variation? May be pineapple, adds some fruity taste to the base beer which does make that blander beer interesting. Can they do this improvement with hops? Fresh can from Holiday Mart.

Poured from can to tulip. Definitely pineapple all over this thing. Carries a pulpy pineapple juice hue, capped with a few fingers of fluffy head. Nice carbonation. Big pineapple juice aroma, with some papaya and citrus notes. Flavor is sweet, slightly tart pineapple juice, and citrus zest. Medium feel. Very nice offering from the Dank line.
