Canned 5/2/19; drank 5/21/19 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque ruby red appearance.
A violent pour yielded a HUGE pink head; strong, frothy lace.
Blueberry, honeyed wheat & mild blackberry notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Blackberry & blueberry flavors up front; honeyed grain & faint clove notes on the finish.
Flavorful but not too sweet; not really tart at all, but with a faint Belgian vibe. I enjoyed this; I bet it would be quite welcome on a hot summer day.

A - Pours a hazy dark ruby red with a two finger fizzy pink head. The head recedes quickly leaving some nice soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is blackberries, unripe blueberries and wheat.
T - The taste blueberries, blackberries, lemon, vanilla and biscuit.
M - Light body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - This is a solid fruited sour. The lactose adds a nice touch of creamy sweetness. Super crushable.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 4/5/2018. Pours moderate hazy dark ruby red/purple color with a 2 finger dense and rocky pink head with insane retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Amazing appearance. Aromas of juicy/lightly tart/tangy blackberries, blueberries, lemon, pear, green apple, melon, red grape, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light lacto/Brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/light acidic yeast, berries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy blackberries, blueberries, lemon, pear, green apple, melon, red grape, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light lacto/Brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Mild fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy blackberries, blueberries, lemon, pear, green apple, melon, red grape, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light lacto/Brett funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, berries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; and zero cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness/tangy fruit. Medium-high carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky, and lightly acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited milkshake sour! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, berries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink; with the mildly acidic/tangy finish. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Super jammy fruit, balanced milkshake-like sweetness; and solid Brett/lacto complexity. A really enjoyable offering.
