We took all the best bits of a New England IPA, and a Brut IPA, and mashed it up into one incredible beer. Enjoy the juicy, hoppy deliciousness of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus hops without all the bitterness. The crisp, bone dry finish will have you craving that next sip.

Picked this up at a local grocery store. Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Bright hazy yellow color with good head and curtain lacing. Very fragrant citrus smell. Mainly grapefruit on the taste, a bit sudued. Medium feel. Overall pretty good.

My brother in law brought a can of this beer to my parents house. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dank tropical fruit peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bitter citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Pours a mainly hazy golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is good. Lacing is very good. Aroma of tangerine and lemon zest. Somewhat juicy. More of a lemon zest and herbal quality on the taste. Don't get much of the tangerine, but has the dry champagne quality at the end. Has a soapy bitter aftertaste. Not a bad beer, but just not a big fan of brut IPAs. Light bodied with moderate to heavy carbonation.

A: a dirty yellow in color, slightly hazy with a small white head.
S: lemon zest, orange, and light stove fruit.
T: lightly herbal, with lemon zest, lemon balm, and moderate bitterness.
M: moderate to light body, medium carbonation, and a long butter cling.
O: overall not bad, perhaps a little too herbal for me.

Canned on 7/23/19. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a yellowish pale golden with some haze along with the slightest amount of clarity; nice creamy eggshell white head that falls slowly leaving great thick retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are floral along with a subtle blend of citrus and tropical fruits. Some fresh grass. Some bread and crackers. Some malts. The flavors have more floral notes. The citrus leads the way. Lots of lemon along with some grapefruit. More fresh grass. Some black pepper in the mix. Solid bitterness. Malts do their thing without dominating. Finishes juicy and dry at the same time, but it's definitely on the drier side. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, slightly fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a solid brew. It's clean, crisp, sharp and refreshing. This one is more "Brut" than "New England". It's somewhat unique. The craftsmanship is on point. It's enjoyable and fun to drink. Not bad at all. I like it.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/8/2019. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly foamy and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, onion, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, onion, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, onion, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is an excellent brut IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Awesome Mosaic, Simcoe, Columbus profile. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hop complexity; with a nice clean pale/wheat malt backbone. Zero residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example as expected. Supposed to be a NE/Brut hybrid, but mostly just a Brut.
