A - Pours a deep dark brown with a thin creamy tan head. Light soapy lacing.
S - Aroma peanut butter, milk chocolate and bourbon.
T - The taste is milk chocolate, coffee, vanilla, light peanut butter, and bourbon.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - Solid peanut butter stout. The peanut butter isn’t as overpowering as I anticipated.

A - deep and dark brown with a chestnut head that rises above the top of the snifter after an aggressive pour. A tapestry of silky lace stick to the glass throughout. A Wonderful looking beer.
S - Chocolate, peanut butter, caramel malts, malted milk balls, bourbon, vanilla beans.
T - A marriage of Reeces peanut butter cup and a nice glass of bourbon.... a match made in heaven. Creamy and soft mouth feel. Huge chocolate notes, cream, toffee, vanilla bean, oak, hazelnuts, and coffee.
O - odd side continues to kick out some bad ass Barrell aged brews. This is a BYTO and in your face beer that you need to try.

BBA Peanut Butter Cup from Oddside is a lesson in aging and candy stouts. The dark chocolate and roasted peanut butter really pop, and they use the bourbon as a vehicle. The three blend together to produce the classic candy combo without being too sweet and confectionary.

Mar 2021 M Basketball Elite 8 Review
Canned 11/16/20. Poured into tulip glass.
Pretty much the same as previous review. Maybe a little better looking with nice clouds and some lacing. Bump pour to 3.5. Smell and taste the same...both really good. Feel the same. Very enjoyable and much better than most PB stouts I’ve tried.

Pint growler filled at Barrels & Vines. Poured into a tulip glass.
Pour: dark brown, minimal tan head with little lacing or clouds. 3.0
Smell: peanuts, chocolate and a hint of bourbon. 3.75
Taste: peanut butter, bitter dark roast coffee, chocolate, oatmeal, bourbon, hint of vanilla. One of the better tasting peanut stouts I’ve had. 4.25
Feel: smooth, substantial but not thick, super easy drinking. 4.0
Overall: always want to like a PB stout but they usually disappoint. This does not. Peanuts butter taste is upfront but not overpowering. Complex and well balanced, and specially given the style. 4.0

Pours a dark brown color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is chocolate and alcohol. Tastes of chocolate and a hint of peanut butter up front with a bit of bitterness from the alcohol at the end. Good mouth feel.
