Served in a 5oz taster glass at Odd Side Ales 6/18/11. Thanks to HeatherAnn and the killer for the assist!
A: Served a pale, pale gold with just a hint of haze. Perched on top was a 1/4 finger of bright white head. Carbonation was plentiful.
S: Slight hint of green apple, but I picked up something more along the lines of white grape.
T: Just as above. Less fruit in the taste than in the nose.
M: Pretty typical APWA mouthfeel. Light bodied with crisp bitterness provided by the carbonation...and hops.
O: Refreshing and lively but not really what we were looking for. Maybe if we were sitting outside and the mercury was touching the 90's...
