Served in a 5oz taster glass at Odd Side Ales 6/18/11. Thanks to HeatherAnn and the killer for the assist!
A: Served a pale straw color with a hint of haze. Thin bright white head. Darn handsome.
S: Suprisingly mild. Not much in the way of tart, funk, or cheese.
T: See above. Pretty mild and restrained with some faintly toasty wheatiness.
M: Sparkling and effervescent. Pretty much right on for the style but barely any tart or sour.
O: Decent but needs more rough edges to get my Berliner Weiss radar pinging.
