Served in a 5oz taster glass at Odd Side Ales 6/18/11. Thanks to the killer and HeatherAnn for the assist!
A: Served a bright and hazy pale yellow. Nice and cloudy with a bright white layer of foam sitting on top.
S: Clove and coriander with some dry toasty wheat.
T: Same as above with a hint of nutty bread. Spice flavors are subtle and not overdone.
M: Slick and spicy with a stickiness that clings to the inside of your mouth.
O: Not breaking any new ground here but an enjoyable effort. Nice.
