On tap at Odd Side this past weekend. Served in a pint glass.
Pours an amber-caramel color with a single-finger white head and good retention. Nice lacing as it goes down.
The nose brings some heavy hops and bright citrus, mostly orange and a bit of peel. Aside from that, mild caramel and bread crust, plus a bit of fusel alcohol, unfortunately. The flavor suffers a bit from the same flaw, though to a slightly-larger extent. Also orange peel and a modest amount of bread crust and slight caramel. Light-to-medium body with good carbonation and a semi-dry finish.

A: slight hazy gold. Served with a sizable off white head. Good retention. Lots of lacing.
S: Slightly sweet floral essence. A little citrus, mostly orange. A slightly pepper quality.
T: Slightly sweet pale malts. Orange, grapefruit, floral. Surprisingly mild bitterness.
M: medium bodied, lower carbonation. Very mild bitterness.
O: Good, but a little thin for a DIPA. Expected a lot more flavor from this one. Drinkability is good, though.
