16oz can from the Boise Co-op. Dark brown poor was just asked in a stage head. Aroma is fruity oh, sweet, mostly cranberry. A little bit of the roast and graham crackers comes through. Peace is a mishmash of flavors the Cranberries, the graham crackers, the cinnamon a little bit of the Vanilla some chocolate tiny amount of roast malt. I a bit of a blast at first but somehow it all seems to work together. Very sweet a little spicy, and a small amount of bitterness at the Finish

I loved this one nearly as much as the mocha stout from this winter. 16oz can poured into a Jackie O’s tulip.
A: Very dark brown pour yields a black body in the glass with a small light khaki head.
S: Prevalent, moderate sweetness in the form of caramel, vanilla, lactose, and bourbon...not cloying...spice character is present as well and balances the beer into a nice graham cracker-y nose. Roasty malt is there as well. Then that cranberry tartness pops and doesn’t let go; it doesn’t overpower the other aromas, but it does get in the way a little.
T: Delicious, and follows the nose excellently. Those graham cracker notes blend into a s’mores-y character of vanilla sweetness and graham cracker spices, with a twist of barrel character. That cranberry character is here too, in a tart form that lingers on the finish.
MF: Moderate, warm, fairly sticky.
O: Pretty delicious, and though the cranberry adds a dimension to a simple graham cracker stout, I’m not sure I prefer it. Though it is still good.
