Taster at Boise Brewing. Clear, bright golden, small head, streaky lacing. Gentle hoppy aroma, malty. Oily hops come in with the taste, light resin, floral, herbal. Nice!

a really nice can of beer, tasting super fresh still two even a couple of months after i imagine the harvest went down. i like mosaic in a single hop context as a wet hop, and this is a great expression of it. a pretty clear brew, golden in the glass, radiant and frothy white headed, lots of bubbles here. its really simple on the malt side, maybe nothing more than pale two row in this, and the fermentation profile is nonexistent, just very tidy and drying, pure and crisping, but without flavor or residuals here at all, so really this is all about the hops, as it should be. lots of canned pineapple on this, crushed and juicy and natural, some resinous pine too, robust for mosaic in this way, some honey character, a sticky dankness, some obvious green freshness, and a slight savory herbal wrinkle that gives it some uniqueness. the hops are awesome in texture too, oily and enriching it seems to me, and it sits nicely on the tongue after the swallow, never really bitter but definitely intense. i think this is dynamic for using only mosaic, i think its incredibly clean and well executed, and even thought it might be my last wet hop beer of the season, it ranks among my favorites of the year this year. i am stoked to drink the other three of these in my fridge. the new hoppy stuff from mother earth has all been exceptional.

16oz canned 10/8 poured into a nonic. Body is clear-ish and pale gold with ample carbonation and a fluffy off-white head. Delicious nose and palate of present citrus fruit, blueberry, dankness, and resin; notes of tangerine, mango, and over-ripe tropical fruit bowl. Malt is impressively supportive and the beer is well-rounded with a creamy, light-drinking mouthfeel and present, light sweetness with a faint "green" bitterness on the finish. Overall a delicious, floral, fruity, and juicy wet-hop IPA.
