A fantastic collab, hazy juice in the glass, on the nose and palate - straight pineapple orange juice. Really good.

this just dropped over the weekend and its awesome, collaboration with local hop farm but they do not anywhere seem to tell us what varietals are in the mix, either way its super modern, about as fresh as they come, and one of the better ipa types to come out of here in recent memory, which is really saying something because the project x beers have been positively lit! its pretty densely hazy, milky even, but not chunky, doesnt hold much head either, a little light on carbonation and thus a tad heavy to drink is my only critique. the aroma and flavor is fire, juicy as heck, with neat kiwi fruit and green grape notes to it, i pick up crisp apple, sweet lemon curd, coconut flesh, and tangerine as well. its really pops and i would love to know what the hops are. its really saturated in terms of hop intensity but there is only minimal bitterness here and no bite at all. the ferment is drying but still leaves enough residual sugar for this to extend pleasantly on the palate after each sip. i get sweet orange, mango, and pineapple juice as it sits a moment, and while its light on bubbles there is still a brightness to the beer due to the fruity fresh hops. this is on the edge of greatness, not to be missed if you have been a fan at all of their recent hazy stuff!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
