On-tap at Mother Earth
A: The pour is a light brown color with a nice off-white head.
S: Very nutty and toffee heavy, along with some caramel--all providing plenty of sweetness. A bit of a coffee note as well as a hint of chocolate on the finish.
T: Like the nose, lots of sweet malt components: toffee and caramel for the most part. A bit of a nutty character and some minimal bitterness.
M: Medium in both body and carbonation.
D: Actually one of the more enjoyable beers at Mother Earth on this day. I would recommend this one if you happen to find yourself at the brewery.
