IDOL WORSHIP HAS A SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE FOCUS, featuring all New Zealand and Australian Hops. Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Vic Secret set the tone with ample tropical fruit aroma and flavor including passion fruit, mango, lychee, kiwi and pineapple. They are laid on our Project-X base malt profile but with the wheat turned up, creating a hazy, pillowy mouthfeel and near-straw-colored lightness. The slightly higher ABV allows us to stuff more hops into the beer without the annoying hop-burn.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a nice head and lacing. Smell is dank and fruity with hops some caramel malts . Taste has dank citrus and berries ,grapefruit some pine and berries. Mouth feel is more dry than sweet ,some lingering bitterness.

they have done it again! another dead set banger of a hazy in this series, on the edge of being imperial so i cant make a night of it, but the hop profile rules, the beer is smooth and full while also being dry and soft, and its distinct enough to stand out, even in this series, definitely some of the best hoppy beers in idaho right now coming from mother earth, and the pace of new ones has been great in recent months! all southern hemisphere hops in this and it shows, a beautiful fruity bouquet on this. pale orange colored, creamy headed and lively, only middle of the road density, and its on the dry side so it doesnt sit long or weighty. i also like the lack of bitterness and hop heat, this is mellow not harsh, bold as the aromas and flavors are, real nice planning and execution here. nose and taste of french melon, white currant, green grape, sauvignon blanc, fresh wildflowers and dandelions in bloom, lemongrass, key lime, light menthol, and fresh pineapple, just wild and delicious and beautifully dosed and timed. a touch of mango sweetness late, enough carbonation to keep it feeling lively, and a rather well hidden alcohol, this could really sneak up on you! overall another impressive specimen in this series, a nice mix of sexy hops in a well refined hazy. hope they keep it up with this series, so many good ones!

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy yellow pour with a thin white foamy head. Aroma is citrus zest and hoppy. Taste is grapefruit, lemon and a hint of pine. Zesty, tangy.
