Our third Project X release of 2023 utilizes various techniques to drive hop flavors and aromas to new heights, with El Dorado in the mash, Idaho 7 in the whirlpool, and Mosaic & Strata coming in during and post fermentation. This combination of hopping regiments throughout the brew and into the conditioning process, produces an IPA with a dank but fruit-forward hop aroma and flavor with sustained citrus, tropical, and floral notes.

Poured at fridge temp into a dumb can glass
Pours true hazy tropical pog-ish juicy orange with a loose and fluffy white foam head. 4
Aroma is dank forward with what I could swear is a hint of bright pink bubblegum. Followed by more dark and dank earthy hops. 4
Delightfully bitter forward (not something I find myself saying often) stonefruit pit, some citrus rind and light but noticable booze. 4
Moderate prickling carbo, juicy with a bit of froth. 3.75
Overall a nice richly bitter IPA I'd enjoy again. 4

More clear than cloudy, gold with an off-white head that towers over the glass. Initially comes across pretty hoppy, but in a generic fruity and piney/floral sense, finishes quickly and kind of weakly but its enjoyable in general.

16oz can from HoneBrewStuff. Hazy orange golden pour, thin white foamy head fades to thin ring. Light fruity aroma, citrus, orange, some stone fruit. Taste is a juicy mouthful of oranges and apricot, but fizzles out the finish. Super tasty, though.

another very good ipa in this series, but also a little bit running together with the last few, i feel like a fair bit of el dorado here of late no? perhaps over contracted, maybe they just like it, either way its hard to argue with how tasty and fresh all of these are coming out, some of the best hazy in the valley every time, no doubt. this to me, like others before it, is a little stronger than it needs to be, definitely pushing the imperial range not just in abv but in body too, enormous, creamy and well carbonated and not too sweet yes, but also really dense and full and filling in the belly, two maybe three pints is the max out point for me with this one, even though the flavors scream all day summer drinking. obvious melon and lemon from the hops in nose and taste, a little dankness but never green, mash hopped which is cool, some thiol character from it, peaches and nectarines too, white grapes, raw wheat and some oat vibes too, subtly yeasty but not in a bad way at all. i wish this were like a fifth lighter than it is, really good, but also a lot of beer in the glass. nice showcase of strata and the others, light berry and tangerine to close, oily a little, but mostly grain heavy even though its approaching dry. exciting series losing just a tad of luster for me, but thats being overly critical, this is excellent, as they all have been, just a bit of a beast for the summer heat...
